Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before installation.

How long do the balloons last?
Indoor balloons can last 2–5 days or longer.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable, but you may transfer your booking to a different date (if available) with advance notice.
