What are your floral walls made of?
Our floral walls are handcrafted using high-quality silk flowers designed to look realistic in photos and in person. They are durable, full, and premium-grade. Perfect for weddings, proposals, corporate events, and luxury celebrations.
What size are the floral walls?
Most of our floral walls are 8ft tall x 10ft wide. Some are 8ft tall x 8ft wide. * Most of them are
2 pieces that Velcro in the middle (White, Red, and Pink are the only ones that are one piece)
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! Our team handles delivery, full setup, and takedown so you don’t lift a finger. Delivery
fees vary based on location.
How much is delivery?
Our Delivery starts at $180, which includes delivery within 20 miles of Sterling, VA. This fee
covers standard setup and drop-off during normal hours.
Additional charges may apply if:
- You request delivery or pick up outside of normal hours
- The venue has limited accessibility (e.g., no parking or loading dock, stairs, no
elevator) - The delivery location is beyond 20 miles
Do you offer pick-up options instead of delivery?
Yes! We offer pick-up rentals for clients who prefer to set up the floral wall themselves. This is a great budget-friendly option. There is a $100 safety deposit that would be returned upon wall is back with us.
What is included in a pick-up floral wall rental?
Your pick-up kit includes:
- The floral wall panels
- A professional heavy-duty frame
- Sandbags/weights for stability
- Setup instructions
Everything is designed to fit into most SUVs or pickup trucks.
How long does setup take?
Setup for our team typically takes 30–40 minutes, depending on the venue and access. If
you are picking up and setting up yourself, best to leave at least 1 hour to 1.5 hours.
Do you allow items to be attached to the floral wall?
Yes, you can hang up neon or wood signs & balloons. If we set up, we handle the sign hanging up. If you pick up, we just ask you to be mindful on how to attach the sign to our walls.
Is there a deposit required?
We require a $100 reservation fee to save your date. The remaining balance is due the day
before your event.
What happens if the floral wall gets damaged?
Normal wear and tear is expected. However, major damage (such as tears, broken frames,
stains from paint or food, etc.) will result in a repair or replacement fee.
What happens if something is damaged during pick-up rentals?
Normal wear and tear is fine. If the frame, flowers, or panels arrive back broken, missing, or
significantly damaged, the safety deposit won’t be returned.
Can the floral wall be used outdoors?
Yes! Our walls can be set up outdoors as long as the ground is level and weather permitting. Strong winds or rain may require an indoor backup location.
Do you offer matching décor?
Yes! We offer balloons, marquee letters, photo booth setups to elevate your event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak wedding
season, as our walls book quickly.
