We’ve taken a vintage horse trailer and given it new life as a unique mobile bar, perfect for weddings, private parties, corporate events, and more. Our trailer is available for dry hire – meaning we provide the stylish bar setup, a professional bartender, and essential bar supplies like napkins, mixers, and garnishes. You bring your own alcohol, and we take care of the rest! It’s a flexible and cost-effective way to serve drinks at your event, while still creating a fun and memorable experience for your guests.

Our Grand Bar is a stylish modular bar setup designed to elevate weddings, private parties, and corporate events. With a spacious service area, built-in shelving, and room for two bartenders, it offers both elegance and functionality for a smooth guest experience.

What types of events do you service?
We serve a wide variety of events — weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, brand activations, and more. Our mobile bar setup is perfect for both indoor and outdoor venues.
Do you provide the bartenders or just the bar?
We offer flexible options: you can rent just the bar, or we can staff it with professional, insured bartenders.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Sunrise Party Rentals LLC is fully insured. Depending on your event and location, we can also help coordinate any necessary permits or licenses.
Do I need to supply the alcohol?
Yes, Sunrise Spirits is a dry-hire mobile bar, which means we do not provide or sell alcohol. The client is responsible for supplying all alcohol for the event. We’re happy to make it easy for you! We can provide a personalized shopping list based on your guest count, drink menu, and event duration.
Do you include glassware, mixers, ice, and other bar supplies?
Yes, we provide plastic cups, napkins, straws, ice, mixers, and garnishes for your event. If you prefer premium glassware, we can arrange rentals upon request.
How long does setup and teardown take?
We typically need 2 hours for setup so we can chill your drinks, prep the bar, and make everything perfect before service begins.
Teardown is quick! Usually about 30 minutes once service is done.
What is your cancellation policy?
When you book with us, your deposit locks in your date, and we reserve that day exclusively for your event. Because we often cannot rebook the date on short notice, the deposit is non-refundable. Date changes must be requested in writing at least 8 days before the event and are subject to availability.
What if there’s bad weather for an outdoor event?
We operate rain or shine, but the bar must be set up in a safe, covered area during severe weather. If unexpected bad weather occurs, we’ll work with you to choose the best alternative spot on-site to keep the bar protected and service running smoothly.
If conditions are unsafe (lightning, flooding, extreme winds), we may temporarily pause service until it is safe to continue.
Can I customize the bar aesthetic?
Absolutely! We offer styling options (floral, greenery, signage) to match your event’s theme or brand. Ask us about custom decorators or add-ons.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings or high-demand dates (like weekends), we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to secure your date and staffing.
